My first dog was English Springerspaniel INT & FIN & S CH Adamant`s Chocolate, born in 1978.

After finishing my studies in 1988 I bought my first Cockerspaniel INT & FIN & DK CH Benchmark Lily White. And that was the beginning of my story with cockers.

First Shavian litter was born in 1990, that was by INT & FIN & DK & D & VDH CH, JWW89, KBHV93, BESg93, KISg93 Benchmark Kickshaw Knob (blue roan), out of INT & FIN & DK CH Benchmark Lily White (blue roan). I was very pleased for this litter, 4 of 5 puppies were shown and 3 of them gained CC's. Shavian Amazing Lady gained 2 CC's and BOS, Shavian Active Male gained CC, BOB, BIG1 in All Breeds Show when he was only 1 year old and Shavian Automatic Lover gained CC.

 In 1993 I was very lucky to get a golden bitch from Quettadene kennel, INT & FIN & EST & RUS CH, JWW-94, ESTW-97 Quettadene Whose Dreaming. She was everything I had dreamed of, or even more. Her show career was not very long, but I enjoyed every second with her.

Since that I have imported three more Cockerspaniels from England and I have been very pleased with all of them. And maybe one can say that I lost my heart to the English type.
